not true. I ask questions on twitter and facebook all the time, and I get perfectly sound answers.
Probably because you have lots of blind friend on these platforms.

Oh, and you've got that little problem.
If you didn't know how to locate the clients, or scripts, or that maybe you need to use the mobile web pages, and that list goes on, you'd not be Twitting nor Facebooking at all.
Came to the Zone one day, and learned if I just typed an M at the end of my address, I could access a mobile page and that would allow me to ask questions on Facebook that nobody I knew could answer.

Donno what this is about in english place, but in my german facebook groups I always get answers. As long as the question isn't to special, I can rely on mailing lists as well, but music+macsoftware related questions I am still searching for a place to get anwers.
